2024 Sponsorships
Several sponsorship opportunities to choose from for our april 2024 celebration
The American Advertising Awards recognize and award the best annual creative work in our region.
The local branch of a national competition, the winners of Spokane Addy Awards are forwarded to District competition, and then National competition.
The American Advertising Awards event for 2024 will be held April 20 at The Knitting Factory. The event has consistently sold out every year.
In 2023, we had over 300 attendees. These included:
• At least 20 agencies, including owners and individual contributors.
• About 30 local advertising students.
• Media outlet representatives, including TV and print
• Representatives of businesses that won awards, including credit unions, developers, restaurants, and more.
Title Sponsor - $3,500
As the title sponsor, your organization will be mentioned and included in every mention of the awards gala, through our email, social, and print marketing for the 2024 year. You’ll reach attendees, students, and marketing, communications, and advertising professionals and decision-makers.
Title Sponsorship Benefits
- Logo placement everywhere. We’re talking printed promo materials, invitations, AAFSpokane.com, SpokaneAddys.com, social media, emails, graphics, table tents…you name it! If it’s about the Awards, your logo is on it, front and center.
- Promotion of one of your products, services, or events through AAF Spokane through an email to our full list & mention on social media.Inclusion of your promotional flyer or physical swag on the show tables, or inserted into the show program, if that’s your style.
- A limited number of event tickets on request.
- Presenter slot for one of your team members.
- Name-drop from the stage during the show.
- Banner placement at the event.
- And most importantly, the option of category exclusivity. You can be the only one in your business category sponsoring this year’s awards. This only applies to not-yet-agreed sponsorships though, so move fast!
Experience SPONSOR - $2,000
Want to be a part of transforming the space for this year’s event? This sponsorship covers some of the costs associated with supplies and material needed to transform the venue to take you on a journey through space.

- Option to be a part of the experience committee. You get to help decide what the event looks like — and where your logo goes!
- Logo placement on table flyers, ensuring that every attendee gets to see your name and what you’ve helped make happen.
- Option to add two additional promotional opportunities to this package, based on your specific marketing needs.

- Banner placement at the event.
- This year’s out of this world theme has lots of possibilities for experience design. Just one idea: if you wanted to buy one of those TikTok-viral nebula projectors for every table, we’ll help get your logo on it for a lucky attendee to take home!
Gold Sponsor - $1,000
Gold is for more than just the best-scoring awards–it acts as a shield against radiation and heat in outer space, and powdered gold acts as the “oil” to keep machinery on spacecraft functioning. This sponsorship helps keep the Awards functioning, too!

Silver Sponsor - $800

Table SPONSOR
SO… you want to be a sponsor, but you also want to be sure that you’re reaching a very specific group of people? Or you want to be sure that attendees really know who you are? Why not sponsor the spot they’re going to sit for hours?
Choose this sponsorship and you can pick Pro, Student, or Blended tables to make sure you’re reaching exactly who you want to be reaching.
- Create a small swag bag or marketing collateral (think flyers or handouts) that you want every person at your sponsored table(s) to receive, and we’ll be sure that they get it. Need help creating an awesome on-brand offering? Our team can help identify some swag or printed options for you.
- Logo placement on the table tent or table identifier. They won’t be sitting at Table 12, they’ll be sitting at Table Awesome Sponsor.
- Inclusion of your name and logo on SpokaneAddys.com, sponsor emails, and mentions on our Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- If you sponsor 4 tables or more, you’ll also get verbal recognition at the awards show, from the stage. We won’t create a chant just for your tables… but we won’t stop you if you want to encourage them to do so!
One Table of 8 - $500 Five Tables (40 People) - $1500
Student SPONSOR
Want to earn the love and appreciation of students who are just getting started in our industry? This sponsorship is specially designed to ensure that student access to the competition and gala is available to as many students as possible. The Spokane and Coeur d’Alene region has always had one of the largest student divisions in the West, and you can help!
- Each $550 sponsorship will pay for 4 students to submit their entry, as well as receive a ticket to the gala. We will reach out to student club advisors and request their assistance in identifying the students that will most benefit from your sponsorship.
- This sponsorship includes an individual outreach to students benefitting from your sponsorship, where we will name your organization, and can promote a job opportunity or internship of your choosing.
- Your logo will appear on SpokaneAddys.com, the AAF Spokane Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram, and will be listed in any email thanking sponsors. We’ll also be sure your logo appears on at least one printed item at the gala.
- If you would like to sponsor more students, please let us know and we are happy to discuss discounted pricing or additional sponsorship benefits that may be available to you.

Welcome Table Sponsor - $750
Photo Booth Sponsor - $500
Help us give our guests a special welcome to the award show! We’ll place a table in front of the entryway inside the Convention Center that will be visible to guests as they enter the show and as they are waiting in line to be checked-in. We will work with you to create a table that follows the event-theme (magic!) while showcasing your organization.
- Your organization can help people make memories with a fun photo booth! Right at the entrance to the main event hall your organization can help bring the fun by sponsoring a photo booth. Your organization can provide a banner that will be displayed next to the photo booth and we will work with you to provide fun props that match the night’s theme and highlight your organization as the photo booth sponsor.
