2023 Sponsorships
Several sponsorship opportunities to choose from for our april 2023 celebration
This year we are expecting between 300 and 450 of the Spokane / Coeur d’Alene region’s most enthusiastic, engaged marketing, advertising, and communications professionals to come together at the American Advertising Awards on April 15th at the Central Library. This event is much-anticipated, and this year we are focusing on community connections. There are over 250 entries from agencies and organizations large and small.
To take advantage of our talented, educated, and captive audience, we’ve prepared a number of sponsorship opportunities.
TITLE SPONSOR - $2,000
As the title sponsor, your organization would be mentioned and included in every mention of the awards gala, and you’ll reach attendees, students, and marketing, communications, and advertising professionals and decision-makers.

- Ability to include promotional flier or swag with show program if desired
- Option of category exclusivity – your business will be the only one in your business category (i.e. financial institutions) sponsoring the awards. This does not apply to any sponsorship agreements for this year’s awards that have already been arranged.
CATERING SPONSOR - $1,000 and up
As a part of our focus on community and connections, we will be using FEAST World Kitchen as our primary catering provider for the evening. FEAST is a nonprofit restaurant and catering company in Spokane that features a rotating group of former refugee and immigrant chef-entrepreneurs. As the catering sponsor, your organization will be included in all mentions of the catering, and will help us ensure everyone has tasty treats all night long.
We are happy to work with you to build your preferred sponsorship package.

DECOR SPONSOR - $750 OR IN-KIND
The nxʷyxʷyetkʷ hall of the Spokane Central Library is a beautiful location, and you can help us ensure that it has the vintage magic show feel of the evening through-and-through.

STUDENT TICKET SPONSOR - Flexible
37 students entered their work in the competition this year. The Spokane / Coeur d’Alene region has always had a very strong showing of student work, and you can help make attending the awards more financially accessible for students!
$500 provides a $10 discount for up to 40 students.
$1,000 provides a $20 discount for up to 40 students.

Without fancy beverages, can it really be called a celebration? This in-kind only sponsorship, limited to no more than 4 providers, lets you ensure we’re celebrating with your product! Welcome Table Sponsor - $750
Photo Booth Sponsor - $500
Help us give our guests a special welcome to the award show! We’ll place a table in front of the entryway inside the Convention Center that will be visible to guests as they enter the show and as they are waiting in line to be checked-in. We will work with you to create a table that follows the event-theme (magic!) while showcasing your organization.
- Your organization can help people make memories with a fun photo booth! Right at the entrance to the main event hall your organization can help bring the fun by sponsoring a photo booth. Your organization can provide a banner that will be displayed next to the photo booth and we will work with you to provide fun props that match the night’s theme and highlight your organization as the photo booth sponsor.
