After filling out the entry forms, you will be provided an Invoice/Manifest Form, listing all of your entries.
This form states you must sign and turn in the form. This is NOT the case. All entries should be submitted digitally, will be judged digitally, and are forwarded on to National digitally.
Standard submissions will be accepted November 14, 2025 until 11:59pm on February 13, 2026.
Late entries** will be accepted until 11:59pm on February 23, 2026. No entries will be accepted after the late entry deadline.
Late fees
**Entries submitted by 11:59pm on February 13, 2026 will be considered on time with late entries being accepted up until 11:59pm on February 23, 2026. All late entries submitted are subject to a $15 late fee per entry.
